Tony has worked and sailed in the Ionian intermittently over the last 28 years. He now uses his yacht there as a floating studio to paint the craft, the people and the vistas of this stunningly beautiful place.
He has worked at sea, crewed, skippered and driven a lifeboat for all of his adult life. He is a self-confessed ‘boat nerd’ and loves nothing more than finding out about new boats, motor and sail, meeting new collectors and, where possible, working from life — finished pieces on the spot, or oil sketches for larger works back in the studio.
